State’s Receiver’s Council
A meeting of the State Receiver was held on the above date, in the above location at 6:12 pm. John McJennett III Presided.
City Solicitor Richard Kirby was present.
Chief Mendonca was present and so was Deputy Chief Garvey.
Mr. Receiver accepted minutes and placed them on file.
a). Jose Lima

Mr. Jose Lima was present with his Attorney Mr. Steven Right.
Mr. Kirby, Esq. explained the status of this license.
This applicant first applied for this license in 2008. After many events that occurred presently the Certificate of Occupancy is still not been issued.
Elaine Partridge of Code Enforcement was present and added several conditions that had also occurred at this location including a ticket issued for $150 fine for trash overflow.
Mr. Right explained the circumstances that lead up to his client not completing this project on time, as asked for more time to comply.
Discussion took place.
The City Clerk stated there were still many fees outstanding including taxes and fines.
After all discussion and evidence presented, Mr. Kirby suggested:
· All fines and permits, taxes to be paid by the close of business on Friday March 14, 2013.
· 30 days for all plumbing and electrical work to be in place.
· He must clean up the exterior
· Return 60 days from not to the next Receivers Hearing.
The Receiver accepted these proposals from the Solicitor. So ordered.
