A meeting of License Commissioners was held on the above date; in the above location at 7:20 pm. President Benson presided. Richard Kirby, Esq. Solicitor for the City was present.

The Applicant and his attorney Frank Manny, Esq. of Johnston, RI was present. City Council President questioned Mr. Bilotti on two claims that had been filed for outstanding fees. They were still outstanding. The Council President informed him the fees must be paid before they will allow transfer.
Councilor Delahoz made a motion to table this item until payment could be made, seconded by Councilor Szlastha, all agreed. 4-0 TABLED
