A Special meeting of License Commissioners was held on the above date; in the above location at 6:12 pm. President Benson presided. Richard Kirby, Esq. Solicitor for the City was present.

Motion to accept and place on file by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Szlastha and Councilor Ferri. All agreed. So voted.

1420 Broad St.
George Toban was present to represent his brother Carlos Toban who is an associate of the Corporation.
Mr. Toban made a presentation and showed pictures of the venue that they proposed.
Mr. Toban read a letter of recommendation from the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council.
He asked for a limited license for a 90 day season.
John Gregory of the Chamber of Commerce was present to speak about the presentation.
Mr. Richard Kirby, Esq. had a memo he read.
Mr. Kirby, Esq. counseled the City Council that the first determination should be the Council to determine if the B license exists for the outside portion of the venue.
Sara Goleta of Madeira Ave. was present and asked questions.
Irene Goveia of 1342 Broad St. was present and asked questions.
She questioned traffic issues and noise and health requirements.
Edna Poulin of 68 Notre Dame St. was present and questioned the noise.
Al Romanawicz of 303 Central St. was present and made a statement.
Councilor Delahoz made a motion that the Board finds that the Class B liquor license still exits sight specific as written in the Code of Ordinances, Councilor Corrales seconded the motion:
