A meeting of the State Receiver was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:15 pm Gayle Corrigan, and John Mc Jennett III, was present.

Richard Kirby, Esq. was present and so was Mr. Plietez and had a discussion of the complaints involving noise. Mr. Kirby proposed that Mr. Pleitez , himself and code enforcement meet to come up with a solution like a vestibule to stop the noise.
Mr. McJennett III agreed to the solution.
