State Receiver’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Board of License Commissioners was held on the above date; in the Council Chambers at 3:15pm John F. McJennett III Receiver for the State was present. Richard Kirby, Esq. Solicitor for the City was also present.

Sergio Tabares was present for the application.
Mr. Richard Kirby from the Law dept. was present and spoke of the Special State legislation that was already passed and necessary because he was within 200 feet if a church.
Mr. McJennett III approved the application subject to compliance with all city and State laws, and submission of the Bltd license that was held at the old location.
