A meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:16 pm. Councilor James Diossa Presided.

1. Roll Call

Robert Ferri- not Present

Edna Poulin-Present

Councilor James Diossa-Present

There was no quorum.

City Solicitor Michael Ursillo was present and explained his decision.

Pursuant to Robert’s Rules of Order # 40, quorum, less than a quorum have the ability to adjourn the meeting to a new time and date.

Motion to recess this meeting to Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at 6:00pm was made by Edna Poulin seconded by Councilor James Diossa. All agreed. So voted. 2-0

The License Board will re-convened at 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2011.

3. Adjourn-- Motion to recess to March 2, 2011 at 6:00pm was made by Edna Poulin, seconded by James Diossa. All agreed. So voted.
