A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:40pm, Councilor William Benson Presided.

Eunice Delahoz-Present- William Benson-Present
Quorum present.
2. Minutes
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
3. Correspondences
John T. Gannon, City Solicitor re: Cesar Morales d/b/a El Chapin #3 Restaurant 508-510 Dexter St.

4. Hearing to show cause ( Continued from 12-8-2008 )
Joseph DePina-Mato Grande Pub Inc.
D/B/A Mato Grande Pub, 534 Hunt St.
After discussion, it was agreed between the law department and Mr. Mato that he had not served the customer who had created the disturbance but the next time he should contract the police immediately.
Motion to accept this decision was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
