Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. F-1 Permit
Madeira Club
46 Madeira Ave
New Year’s Eve Party- to stay opened till 2am
December 31, 2009.
Application withdrawn—under agreement with Colonel Moran.
4. Hearing
Post 79 Inc. 44 Central St.- Violation of disorderly house

Eugene Pytka, Agent
Mr. Pytka was present, he stated Dennis Golda is 80 years old and could not come. Colonel Moran was present and gave testimony of a couple of incidents that happened. After discussion it was agreed that he would finish the previously booked appointments but for Feb. March and April of 2010 he would have detail officer. Plus they all had to fill in forms and submit them to the Colonel before renting the hall.
Motion to approve the agreement described made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor 0’Connor. All agreed. So voted.
