A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:55pm, Councilor Elizabeth A. Crowley Presided.

2. Minutes
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Correspondence
a). John T. Gannon, Esq. re: Payment of Fine of El Chapin #3
b). John T. Gannon, Esq. re: inquiries into parking issues and handicapped restrooms for La Casa Del Pueblo Inc. 863 Broad St.
c). Todd Olbrych re: parking issues and handicapped restrooms for La Casa Del Pueblo Inc. 863 Broad St.
d). Art Hanson re: parking issues for La Casa Del Pueblo Inc. 863 Broad St.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Benson, seconded by Councilor Aubin and Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
4. Discussion of License transfer as related to parking and building requirements.
Discussion took place on parking regulations and that no repairs were done at the time at the establishment so handicap bathrooms were not installed.
5. Transfer of BV Liquor License continued from September 15, 2008.

Mr. Domingo Mora could not be present he was in the hospital, but his brother who is the vice-President of the Corporation was present and asked that he could represent the Corporation. Councilor Benson stated that on the City liquor application he had placed his personal name instead of the Corporation name. Councilor Crowley stated that the two state liquor applications were correct and so was the advertisement so he would just have to amend the City license a five minute recess took place and the application was amended to read La Casa Del Pueblo Inc.
The Public hearing was re-opened.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Benson, seconded by Councilor Aubin and Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0

7. New Business
Marie Twohey the City Clerk informed the Liquor Board of the status of the Liquor renewals. There were 10 licenses in jeopardy.

Motion to adjourn made by all- all agreed.
So voted. 5-0 Adjourned 7:30 pm.
