Police Chief Moran re: Incident on 10/26/2008
Motion by Councilor Aubin to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. 4-0
3. Just Cause Hearing- B LTD
d/b/a El Chapin
508 Dexter St.
Police Chief Moran was present and gave details of a stabbing incident, where Police Officers were not allowed to enter the establishment.
Mayor Moreau made a motion to Summons El Chapin for a hearing for possible revocation of the license, seconded by all. All agreed. 4-0.
4. Adjourn
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Benson. All Agreed.
