A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:03pm, Councilor Elizabeth A. Crowley Presided.
1. Roll Call

Quorum present.
2. Minutes
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Correspondence
a. John T. Gannon City Solicitor re: Failure to appear notice & fine notice to Cesar Morales, d/b/a El Chapin Restaurant #3.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
4. Executive Session
Pursuant to RIGL42-46-5(2) PENDING LITIGATION
City of Central Falls vs. Hackers Pub d/b/a Hackers.
Councilor Aubin made a motion to convene to executive session, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted.
The Liquor Board re-convened.
Councilor Benson made a motion to seal the minutes, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted.
5. Possible vote to be taken on decisions on Executive Sessions on pending litigation.
Councilor Aubin made the motion to impose a fine of $500.00 to Hackers, seconded by Councilor Delahoz, Law Department to Notify Liquor control Administrator of settlement, due 21 days after approved.
All agreed. So voted.
Councilor Crowley asked all establishments to notified of Ordinance that doors must be closed.
