A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:30pm, Councilor Elizabeth A. Crowley Presided.

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Benson. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
3. Correspondence
a). Legal Department re: Cesar Morales d/b/a El Chapin Rest. # 3 re: Fine & notice
b). Legal Department re: Hacker’s Pub Inc. d/b/a Hacker’s Pub Consent order for fine.
c). Atty. Paul Pisano for: Johnson Bros. re: Objection on transfer of Central Drug Inc.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Benson, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
4. Transfer of Class A License (stock transfer & d/b/a name change)

Mr. Bilotte was present to explain his transfer. Councilor Crowley explained that many years ago Mr. Bilotte bought a Class A liquor license from Big A liquor store on Broad St. and he also had and E for he Pharmacy. He will only have an only an A. There was an objection filed for non payment of a bill.
Motion to approve subject to payment of the objection and city taxes was made by Councilor Benson, seconded by Councilor Delahoz and Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
