A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 7:41pm, Councilor Elizabeth A. Crowley Presided.

2. Minutes

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
3. Executive Session
Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(2) PENDING LITIGATION
City of Central Falls vs. Cesar Morales d/b/a El Chapin Restaurant # 3
There was no executive session.
4. Hearing

Continued from March 10, 2008. Cesar Morales was requested to bring an interpreter.
Mr. Morales was not present. The Liquor board was not pleased that Mr. Morales did not show up.
Motion to have a s 7 day suspension commencing on May 5, 2008 through and including May 11, 2008; and a $500.00 fine and to maintain police detail every Friday and Saturday night from 9:30pm to 1:30am commencing on April 18, 2008 for two months at which time the need for detail officers shall be reviewed by the Central Falls Liquor Board made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Aubin.
