Motion to approve and place on file was made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Gil.
All Agreed. So Voted.
3. Transfer of Class B LTD License Correction

City Clerk Crowley explained that this was in fact a housekeeping issue, in that the original advertising was listed in an individual’s name rather than in the Corporation name.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Gil. All Agreed. So Voted.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages to underage persons.
Assistant Solicitor Gannon explained the process and requested that both of these establishments have a full hearing on August 27that 6 PM
