A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:50 p.m.
1. Roll Call

Councilor Aubin
Councilor Gil
Councilor Patino
Councilor Benson
Mayor Moreau
Quorum present.
City Clerk Crowley opened the floor for nominations for Liquor Board Chair.
Councilor Benson nominated Councilor Patino nomination seconded by Councilor Gil.
After three calls for nominations. The clerk cast one vote for Councilor Patino.
City Clerk Crowley turned the Chair to the newly elected Chairman Patino.
Meeting recessed.
Meeting reconvened at 8:25 p.m.
2. Minutes
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Gil.
All Agreed. So Voted.
3. Transfer of Class B LTD License

Public Hearing opened. No comments. Public Hearing Closed.
Councilor DeLaHoz stated her concerns about the morning traffic at this location between the bakery and Cumberland Farms. She asked the applicant at what time did they intend to serve alcohol.
The applicant stated that she did not intend to serve before noon. She also stated that she would close during the week about 10 p.m. and on weekends at 11p.m.
She agreed not to sell beer or wine prior to noon.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Aubin. All Agreed. So Voted.
Transfer of Class BV License

Public hearing opened. No comments. Public Hearing closed.
Motion to approve, subject to payment of all outstanding objections and City and State regulations was made by Councilor Benson and seconded by Councilor Gil and Councilor DeLaHoz.
All Agreed. So Voted.
4. Transfer of Class BV

Public Hearing opened. No Comments. Public Hearing closed.
Councilor Aubin questioned the parking.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor DeLaHoz and seconded by Councilor Benson. All Agreed.
