Motion to accept was made by Councilman Silva and seconded by Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted.

Annual picnic - September 8 & 9 & 10th 2006 – ( Fri. & Sat. 8 pm -12pm) - (Sat. 2pm-6pm)
b. Holy Spirit Catholic Community- 30 week Club Dance – Sept 23, 2006
Motion to approve collectively was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Silva. All Agreed. So Voted.
4. Summonsed to Appear/Hearing
a. Mario J. Carneiro Agent/Good Friends Inc. in violation of 3-5-23
Attorney Joseph Lamagna was present. Reschedule for date for trial. Law department will be in contact for a new date.
