Chairman Patino chaired the meeting.

Councilman Silva made a motion to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilman Leger, all agreed. So voted. 3-0

Councilman Benson made a motion to approve the above applications, seconded by Councilman Silva, all agreed. So voted.
