Motion was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Silva to accept collectively and place on file. All Agreed. So Voted.
Class BV license renewals.

Motion to approve collectively except Splash Bar was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Silva. All Agreed. So Voted
Motion to approve Splash Bar was made by Councilman Benson and Seconded by Councilman Silva. Motion Carried 4 yes, Councilman Leger voted no. 1 absent.

Chairman Patino commented on a correspondence regarding fully operational kitchens and how to establish a plan to move forward.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Weber. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 8:59 p.m.
