3. Correspondence

Joseph P. Moran III, Colonel re: Hackers Pub 435 Pine St. operating after hours.

4. Summons to appear

a. Central Drug Inc. Vincent W. Bilotti Pres -1060 Broad St.

Jack Gannon, Esq. of the Law Department was present and Mr. Bilotti, owner of Central Drug. The Law Department and Mr. Bilotti agreed that Mr. Bilotti would plead no-lo with a $500.00 fine. Mr. Bilotti agreed.

Motion to approve the agreement by Councilman Weber, seconded by Councilman Silva and Councilman Benson. All agreed. So voted.

b. Vulcao Café Inc. Fernando Monteiro Pres.- 200 Cross St.

Motion to approve the agreement by Councilman Weber, seconded by Councilman Benson All agreed. So voted.

c. The Ideal Café Inc. Samuel M. Scungio Pres. 477 Dexter St.

Motion to approve the agreement by Councilman Benson, seconded by Councilman Silva. All agreed. So voted.

d. Orisonte Lounge Inc. Anildo Lopes Pres. was present of 674 Dexter St.

Motion to approve the agreement by Councilman Benson, seconded by Councilman Silva. All agreed. So voted.

e. LaTaberna Night Club Inc. –Orlando Atehetua Pres. 695 Lonsdale Ave.

Owner not present, he was in Colombia. Motion to table until on June 27, 2005 made by by Councilman Weber, seconded by Councilman Benson. All agreed. So voted.
