Motion to approve was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Silva. All Agreed.

3. Correspondence

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Silva and seconded by Councilman Leger.
All Agreed. So Voted.
Motion was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson to summons owner to meeting of September 12, 2005.
4. Class F License
St. Joseph's Parish Festival

September 9th & 10th
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Silva.
All Agreed. So Voted.
5. Objections to transfer
Samuel J. Kolodney, Esq. for his clients Charles Fradin, Inc. Wayne Distributing & RI Distributing for outstanding debts totaling $ 657.52.
Neighbor's objections stated to the City Council on August 15th -Jeannette Cameron of 272 Cowden spoke against the transfer stated that her tenants complained of loud noise when bar is closing, beer bottles tossed in yard. She stated that she spoke with the Manager of the Café about this and was told that it was not coming from the Café but from the neighborhood in general. She asked that her comments be placed with the Liquor Board since she was unable to be at the August 29th Liquor Board Meeting.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.

Comments from Ms. Campbell made at a previous Council meeting was noted for the record.
Councilman Weber spoke extensively on the responsibilities and the importance of being a good neighbor. He also stated that the Board cannot hold the new owner responsible for the actions of the previous owner.
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Silva and seconded by Councilman Leger.
