Chairman Patino presided.

Motion to approve was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson and Councilman Weber. All Agreed. So Voted.
Report on Abandonment of Class Bv Licenses
Discussion and possible actions relative to abandoned licenses
Chairman Patino commented on the licenses and asked the Assistant Solicitor to comment.
Matthew Oliverio stated that he has spoken with the Liquor Control Administrator and was told that the Board has the authority to hold onto the license and that they do not have to accept any applications for the licenses. He recommended that a notice be sent to those license holders who have not renewed but in any event there would be no exposure to the City no matter how the Board ruled.
Motion was made by Councilman Weber to send Vulcao a certified letter asking what his intention is with regard to the license. Motion seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilman Leger. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 5:32 p.m.
