A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:47 p.m.

Quorum Present.
Chairman Patino presided.
Raymond P. Cooney, Esq. City Solicitor to: Sunnyside Diner-1311 Broad St. & Vulcao Café-200 Cross St., re: Status of License.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilman Leger. All Agreed. So Voted.

Applicant was represented by Lida M. Sanchez, Esq.
Councilman Benson asked if applicant planned to expand the business into the store front next door to them. Applicant responded no.
Councilman Benson stated that parking is a common concern in the area and it is limited.
Chairman Patino opened the meeting to a public hearing.
Rick Aubin of 127 Chestnut St and co-owner of Quality Auto stated that parking and loitering in front of the business were two concerns of his.

Public Hearing Closed.
Councilman Weber stated to the applicant that the Board would not allow any loitering in front of the business and that it was the applicant’s duty to make sure that his patrons move along. He also asked the applicant what his experience is relative to running a restaurant. He also stated that there are to be no sandwich board signs allowed on the sidewalks in front of the business.
Motion to approve subject to all the conditions previously stated and all state and local regulations was made by Councilman Leger and Weber and seconded by Councilman Benson.
