A meeting of the Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 9:57 p.m.

 

1.  Roll Call

2.  Minutes

 

November 29, 2004

 

Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson.  All Agreed. So Voted.

 

3.  Class F License

 

Colombian American Inc Society, at the location of Notre Dame Church Broad St.

12/18/04 7:00pm-12:00pm-- Fund Raiser

Applicant asked to amend application by changing date to January 8, 2005. So amended.

 

Motion to approve as amended subject to a letter from the Pastor stating that the Church Hall may be used by this Organization was made by my Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Weber.

 

All Agreed. So Voted.

 

4.  Executive Session

 

Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(2) City of Central Falls vs. Destiny's Bar & Grille.

 

Motion to recess to executive session as stated above was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Silva.

Motion to approve AG Office to negotiate with the City for the Sale of the Liquor License with the sale of the building for Destiny's was made by Councilman Silva and seconded by Councilman Benson.
