A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 8:20 p.m.
1. Roll Call

Mayor Moreau
Quorum present.
Councilman Patino chaired the meeting.
Without objection the Board acted on the Class Bv License and recessed immediately following that action at 8:35 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 10:35 for the Board to act on the remaining items on the Agenda.
2. Minutes
April 12, 2004; May 17, 2004; June 21, 2004; July 6, 2004
Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So voted.
3. Correspondences
1. Casey Club-20 Claremont St. re: Hip Hop Dances Prohibited.
2. STOP-Certified Alcohol Servers.
3. John T. Gannon, Assistant Solicitor-re Amendment to Ordinance Sec. 4-4.
4. John T. Gannon, Assistant Solicitor-re Proposed requirements for Liquor License Lottery.
Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Silva. All Agreed. So Voted.
4. Class F-1 Licenses
1. St. Joseph Parish-391 High Street-Annual Parish Picnic on Parish grounds.
2. Holy Sprit Catholic Community-30 week club dinner Sept. 25, 2004.
3. R.I. Polonia Scholarship Foundation-866 Atwells Ave. Prov. Fundraiser dinner to be held at St. Joseph Parish Center-Sept. 25, 2004.
Motion to approve collectively was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Silva. All agreed. So Voted.
5. Class Bv License (new)
El Paisa Restaurant Inc.
d/b/a El Paisa
598 Dexter St.
Mr. Zuleta was present to answer questions.
Board members commented on this license and the El Paisa Restaurant.
Chairman Patino opened the meeting to the Public.
No comments.
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson.

The Solicitor gave the Board an overview of a Police Report related to the Splash Bar.
The Board requested that a show cause hearing be held on September 13, 2004.
