A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 5:57 p.m.

 

1.  Roll Call

Councilman Leger

Mayor Matthews absent.

 

Quorum present.

 

Councilman Leger chaired the meeting.

 

2.  License Renewals - 2004 See List

Motion to approve Central Drug, New York Collers and Superior Liquors collectively was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Issa.

Motion to table American Colombian Liquors to Monday December 1, 2003 was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Issa.

 

Councilman Patino commented.

 

Councilman Weber stated that the Board should approve subject to.

 

Matthew Oliverio commented on paperwork involved.

 

Councilman Patino withdraws motion.

 

Motion was made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilman Issa to approve subject to Fire Code Violation discharge filed with the Clerk.

Motion to table SunnySide Diner was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Weber.  All Agreed. So Voted.

 

Motion to approve collectively the remaining licenses subject to any and all State & City regulations was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Weber.

Motion to approve collectively excluding Vulcao Café Inc. subject to any and all City & State regulations and discharges was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Weber.

 

Councilman Issa for the record abstains from voting on Roundhouse Tavern all other licenses he voted in the affirmative.
