A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7:18 p.m.

1. Roll Call

Chairman Leger presided and noted for the record that Councilman Weber and Mayor Matthews are absent.

2. Correspondences

a) Department of Business Regulation: Liquor Control Administration regarding entertainment licenses.

b) Department of Business Regulation: Regarding Class D & Class A Licenses.

c) Department of Business Regulation: Regarding ownership & abandonment.

d) Arcaro, Belilove and Kolodney: Objection of transfers from Richard & Margaret Dumont to Rick’s Pub Inc. for debt in amount of $723.29

Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted.
