A meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 9:40 p.m.

Quorum Present.
Chairman Jason Leger presided.
A. McDonald & Buben re: Simoneau Enterprises d/b/a City Limits-Objection to any transfer for outstanding lien.
B. Suspension notice to Benjamin's III .
C. Michael F. Horan, Esq. re: Appeal & Stay of Suspension to Liquor Control Administrator - For Benjamin's.
D. Order and Notice of Hearing from Liquor Control Administrator for Benjamin's
Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Councilman Issa and seconded by Councilman Weber. All Agreed. S Voted.
None
Chairman Leger stated that the purpose of this meeting was to allow Mrs. Lamas from Splash Bar to address the Board regarding some concerns she had with the recent summons and suspension.
Since she is not present Chairman Leger asked for a motion to adjourn.
None
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Noury and seconded by Councilman Weber.
All Agreed. So Voted. Time 9:50 p.m.
