Chairman Robert Ferri presided.

Motion to approve collectively and place on file was made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. So Voted.

Councilman Canavan stated that the City Council, in order to make City Council Meetings shorter so that applicants for licenses will spend less time at a meeting, has under consideration meeting twice a month. This action would allow for quicker Liquor Board and Claims Committee meetings. Chairman Ferri stated to the Council President that he was in favor of this consideration. He said the Board would be able to consider licenses in a timely manner.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilwoman Moreau. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 9:44 p.m.
