Arcaro, Belilove & Kolodney objection to transfer of Liquor License by Byblos Enterprises for outstanding debts as listed.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Canavan and seconded by Councilman Weber.

Councilman Canavan asked the applicant if he was T.I.P.S. certified and questioned the applicant extensively on his experience relative to this type of business.
Chairman Ferri asked if the applicant was aware of the Rhode Island Liquor Laws that deal with Minor's Book.
