presented photographs showing the conditions of the exterior of the buildings etc.
chris mancini-opposums in the area.
the presentation of various pictures and conditions of the premesis continued.
spoke of the damage to the exterior of the building.
mr.briden presented the complaints taken by the police department and the minimum housing department.

commented on the noise and the troublesome problems, in the are on weekends..broken glass, trash, debris from the weekends. its fearful, fear the safety..
councilman farrell will be happy to be called...

andre lambert, inspector -code enforcement..gave a brief history of the continued efforts taken to make sure the establishment is clean and safe.
councilman canavan questioned the inspector.
councilman aunchman questioned the proper storage of trash from dumpster,,led to be closed over dumpster.
councilman ferri asked if some work was done in the front of the building. questioned the storage of the refrigerator...commented on the proch-hazard...
mr. & mrs. hester do not live at the property.
councilman canavan commented that its unfortunate that several years has to transpire...commented on business.
mr. briden is only making suggestions. etc.
commander legenza gave a summation of the number of times the police department responded to loud noise from music in the area..
councilman canavan questioned the commander.
gerard a heroux -27 ledge st. questioned the police on rescue run at the bar area.
mr. heroux spoke of the number of years since the hester's have taken ownership. he stated that he is not taking any more abuse.
mr. heroux suggested that the hester's be given a year to clean up their act and be a good neighbor.
