A Regular Liquor Board Meeting was held on the above date in the Calcutt Middle School at 9:15 P.M.

Quorum present.
Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Mayor Lazieh to accept and place on file the minutes from the previous meetings.
All Agreed. So Voted.
Chairwoman Sandra Moreau presided.
Eastern Utilities; re: Objection to transfer of 1374 Corporation
R.I. Distributing Co.; re: Objection to transfer Hackers Pub Inc.
City Clerk Daniel J. Issa informed the Board that the Electric Co. releases their objection.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by councilman Vaudreuil and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau. All Agreed. So Voted.

Public Hearing opened at 9:18 P.M.
Attorney Paul Bettencourt representing Penalva Rest. spoke of his client's intentions and that this would be a family operation. He also said that there would be a 10' expansion made to the rear of the building.
Fire Chief Coutu questioned applicant.
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Brousseau. All Agreed. So Voted.

Michael Horan, Attorney for Hackers Pub explained that this transfer was a stock transfer and the owners of the corporation were the same. He further explained that this was part of the settlement of the Robert Lorette Estate.

Elizabeth Crowley, Deputy Probate Clerk reported on the Probate Disposition.
