CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 8:00 P.M.

A Regular Meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 10:03 p.m.

Mayor Lazieh

Quorum present.

Chairwoman Moreau presided.

CORRESPONDENCE

Objection to transfer from Richard Sanford, Rustick Brothers Inc. by Richard J. Arrighi for sum of $18,000.00

Certificate of Good Standing 1374 Corporation d/b/a Iberia Restaurant

Motion to accept collectively and place on file was made by Mayor Lazieh and seconded by Councilman Laroche.

Discussion of the Board Members regarding the Sportsman Club and Paul Rheaume.

Motion was made by Mayor Lazieh to summons Mr. Rheaume before the Board at the September 1991 meeting. Seconded by Councilman Laroche.
