MONDAY, APRIL 22, 1991
A Special Meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7:20 P.M.

Quorum present.
Chairwoman Sandra Moreau presided.

Chairwoman Moreau read summons.
George Muksian, City Solicitor commented.
Mr. Sanford withdrew his opposition to transfer of Liquor License.

City Solicitor addressed the matter of unpaid debts on rustic Cafe.
Paul Rheaume addressed the Board as the applicant for the transfer and spoke in favor of the transfer.
Councilman Vaudreuil addressed the problems in the neighborhood with regards to the cafe and reminded the transferees to be good neighbors.
City Solicitor Muksian commented on how soon the debts must be paid.
Mayor Lazieh commented that the cafe has been closed for months and that the neighbors should be considered. He asked that the new owners keep the place as quiet as possible.
Public Hearing closed at 7:25 P.M.
Motion was made by Councilman Vaudreuil and seconded by Councilman Brousseau that the transfer be approved subject to the payment of all debts within sixty days of this approval. All Agreed. So Voted.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 7:30 P.M.
