Quorum present.
Chiarperson Sandra Moreau presided.
Daniel J. Issa, City Clerk to American Colombia Liquors; re: Suspension of License and fine.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Mayor Lazieh. All Agreed. So Voted.
