REGULAR LIQUOR BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 1990
A Regular Meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 9:35 P.M.
Councilman Charbonneau
Councilman Laroche
Councilwoman Moreau
Councilman Sienkiewicz
Councilman Vaudreuil
Mayor Lazieh
Quorum Present.
Chairperson Sandra Moreau presided.
Motion was made by Councilman Sienkiewicz and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau to accept and place on file the minutes of the previous meeting. All Agreed. So Voted.
Thomas Lazieh, Public Safety Director; re: Rustick Brothers Inc. d/b/a Rustick Cafe at 534 Hunt St., C.F.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Sienkiewicz and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau. All Agreed. So Voted.
Motion was made by Councilman Vaudreuil and seconded by Mayor Lazieh to summons the owners of Rustick Brothers Inc. to appear before the Liquor Board at the next regular meeting on March 12, 1990. All Agreed. So Voted.
Deputy Chief Fram addressed the Board on the parking problems, fights and disturbances at the establishment.
Colonel Walter Stone, R.I. State Police; re: Hackers Pub Inc. d/b/a Hackers Pub 437 Pine St., Central Falls; re: Gambling Raid on Dec. 18, 1989.
Councilman Laroche addressed the Board on other complaints that he has received about this establishment.
Motion was made by Councilman Laroche and seconded by Councilman Sienkiewicz to summons the owners of Hackers Pub Inc. to appear before the Liquor Board at the next regular meeting on March 12, 1990. All Agreed. So Voted.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Larcohe and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 9:58 P.M
