REGULAR LIQUOR BOARD MEETING
MONDAY APRIL 9, 1990
A Regular Meeting of the Central Falls Liquor Board was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 10:40 P.M.
Councilman Charbonneau
Councilman Laroche
Councilman Sienkiewicz
Councilman Vaudreuil
Mayor Lazieh
Quorum present.
Vice Chairman John S. Sienkiewicz presided.
Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Laroche to accept and place on file the minutes to the previous meeting. All Agreed. So Voted.
Estate of Mary E. Zajac
d/b/a White Front Cafe at 806-810 Broad St., C.F.
to
1374 Corporation
d/b/a Iberia Restaurant at 1374 Broad St. C. F.
Attorney Thomas Almedia was present to represent the transferee.
Public Hearing opened at 10:42 P.M.
No comments.
Public Hearing closed at 10:43 P.M.
Mayor Lazieh commented that everything was in order for the transfer of this license.
Motion to approve the transfer was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil. All Agreed. So Voted.
Councilman Laroche questioned the City Solicitor George Muksian on the status of Hacker's Pub.
City Solicitor Muksian responded that this was still a current case.
Councilman Laroche requested that the Attorney for Hackers Pub and the owners be put on the agenda for the may 14, 1990 Meeting.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Laroche. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 10:47 P.M.
