a.    Paradise Lounge, LLC. D/B/A Paradise Lounge 200 Cross Street, Alcohol Beverage License Class B (victualing)- Alleged violations of State of Rhode Island Fire Safety Code on 9/20/25, 10/4/25,10/11/25,10/12/25, 11/16/25, 01/01/26, 4/3/26,6/2/26 and 6/6/26.

b.      Cosmopolitan, Inc.  D/B/A Cosmopolitan 494 Dexter Street, Alcohol Beverage License Class B (victualing)-Alleged incident reported to have occurred at the premises on June 9, 2026, involving an altercation at or upon the premises at approximately 1:00am.

c.    Tio Pepe Inc. D/B/A Tio Pepe’s Cantina 508 Dexter Street, Alcohol Beverage License Class B (victualing)-Alleged incident reported that on June 14 2026, alcoholic beverages were sold and/or served at the licensed premises after the lawful closing hour.
