Council President Robert Ferri called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and directed City Clerk Alberto de Burgo to conduct the roll call. Present were Councilpersons Tatiana Baena (arrived at 6:02p m), Kevin Kazarian, Rafael Peguero, Alberto Rivas-Lugo, Laurilim Rosado-Martinez, and Council President Ferri.

a. Ordinance Amending FY 2026 Annual Operating Budget Ordinance-Sub-A (Council President Ferri by Request)-First Reading
The City Council may vote on this item
Council President Ferri opened the hearing. As no one had signed up to speak, he promptly closed it. Finance Director Mary Signer then addressed the Council, outlining the changes made to the Ordinance, the rationale behind them, and answering questions from members.
A motion to approve was made by Councilperson Lugo-Rivas and seconded by Councilperson Baena. Council President Ferri called for a roll call vote:
· Councilperson Baena – Yes
· Councilperson Kazarian – Yes
· Councilperson Peguero – Yes
· Councilperson Rivas-Lugo – Yes
· Councilperson Rosado-Martinez – Yes
· Council President Ferri – Yes
The motion carried unanimously, 6–0.
b. Ordinance Amending the Wage Schedule Generally (Council President Ferri by Request)-First Reading

A motion to approve was made by Councilperson Baena and seconded by Councilperson Rosado-Martinez. Council President Ferri called for a roll call vote:

c. Ordinance Amending the Ordinance SUB A pertaining to Salaries of Department Heads & Other in Unclassified Service (Council President Ferri by Request)-First Reading

Deputy Fire Chief Petrin addressed the Councils questions about the Ordinance. A motion to approve was made by Councilperson Lugo-Rivas and seconded by Councilperson Rosado-Martinez. Council President Ferri called for a roll call vote:

· Councilperson Peguero – Yes

A motion to adjourn was made by councilperson Rivas Lugo and Seconded by Councilperson Kazarian. Meeting adjourned at 6:14 pm
