City Clerk, Alberto de Burgo conducted the roll call. Present were Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian, Councilperson Tatiana Baena, Councilperson Franklin Solano, Councilperson Rafael Peguero, Councilperson Laurilim Rosado-Martinez and Council President Robert Ferri..
