Meeting called to order by Council President Ferri At 6pm.

City Clerk Alberto de Burgo, Conducted roll call. Present were Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian, Councilperson Tatiana Baena, Councilperson Franklin Solano, Councilperson Rafael Peguero, Councilperson Laurilim Rosado-Martinez and Council President Robert Ferri.
