City Clerk Alberto de Burgo conducted roll call. Present were Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian, Councilperson Franklin Solano, Councilperson Rafael Peguero, and Councilperson Laurilim Rosado-Martinez arrived at 6:22pm
Councilperson Tatiana Baena was absent.
Council President Ferri led the Council in the pledge of allegiance.
