I.                  Roll Call

City Clerk, Jahaira Rodriguez, conducted the roll call. Present were, Councilperson Glendaliz Colon, Councilperson Robert Ferri, Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur, and Council President Jessica Vega. Not present were, Councilperson Tatiana Baena, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian and Councilperson Franklin Solano. Quorum was established.

II.                  Pledge of Allegiance

Council President Vega asked Councilperson Colon to lead the Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

III.                  Schedule of Bills-Hearing and/or consideration

A.     Ordinance Amending Membership of the Juvenile Hearing Board-(Vega)-1^st Reading

-PUBLIC HEARING-

Council President opened for public hearing

-No one signed up to speak during public hearing

-Council President closed public hearing.

Council President Vega spoke on the Ordinance and the importance of offering the opportunity for other members of our community or otherwise who are passionate about this work to be able to participate.

Motion to approve the 1^st reading of this ordinance was made by Councilperson Colon, seconded by Councilperson Ferri. Roll call vote: Councilperson Colon: Yes, Councilperson Ferri: Yes, Councilperson Levasseur: Yes, Council President Vega: Yes. Motion carried 4,0.

IV.                  Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilperson Colon. Meeting stands adjourned at 5:36pm.
