Minutes
Council President, Jessica Vega, called the meeting to order at 5:01pm
City Clerk, Jahaira Rodriguez, conducted the roll call. Present were Councilperson Robert Ferri, Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian, Councilperson Franklin Solano and Council President Jessica Vega. Quorum was established. Councilperson Tatiana Baena and Councilperson Glendaliz Colon were absent.

Council President Vega asked Councilperson Ferri to lead the Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

A. Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to purchase up to four lots from the RI Department of Transportation at the following plats and lots: (Vega)
i. 559 Dexter Street
ii. 679 Dexter Street
iii. 701 Dexter Street
iv. 430 Rand Street
Motion to approve the resolution was made by Councilperson Solano, seconded by Councilperson Ferri. Motion carried unanimously.
Council President spoke on the resolution and the importance of obtaining these lots for the city to use as parking for the residents. Councilperson Solano is happy because it benefits the community especially during the parking bans.
Motion to adjourn was made by councilperson Solano, seconded by Councilperson Levasseur. Meeting stands adjourned at 5:04pm
Pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws § 42-46-4, the City Council reserves the right to convene in executive session on any of the aforementioned items for one or more of the purposes listed in Rhode Island General Laws § 42-46-5(1)-(10)
