Council President called the meeting to order at 5:36pm

 

I.         Roll Call >

City Clerk, Jahaira Rodriguez, conducted the roll call. Present were Councilperson Robert Ferri, Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian, Councilperson Franklin Solano and Council President Jessica Vega. Not Present were Councilperson Tatiana Baena and Councilperson Glendaliz Colon. Quorum was established.

 

II.       Pledge of Allegiance

Council President Vega lead the Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

III.      Schedule of Bills-Hearing and/or consideration

a)      FY 2023 Annual Operating Budget Ordinance-General Fund (Vega, by request)-PUBLIC HEARING-2^nd Reading

Council President opened for public hearing: No one signed up to speak

Open hearing closed:

Motion to approve this Ordinance was made by Councilperson Solano, seconded by Councilperson Kazarian. Roll call vote: Councilperson Ferri: Yes, Councilperson Levasseur: Yes, Councilperson Kazarian: Yes, Councilperson Solano: Yes and Council President Vega: Yes. Motion carried 5,0.

 

b)     Ordinance Pertaining to the Salaries of Department Heads and Others in Unclassified Service (Vega, by request)-PUBLIC HEARING-2^nd Reading

Council President opened for public hearing: No one signed up to speak

Open hearing closed:

Motion to approve this Ordinance was made by Councilperson Kazarian, seconded by Councilperson Ferri. Roll call vote: Councilperson Ferri: Yes, Councilperson Levasseur: Yes, Councilperson Kazarian: Yes, Councilperson Solano: Yes and Council President Vega: Yes. Motion carried 5,0.

 

c)      Ordinance Amending the Wage Schedule Generally (Vega, by request)-PUBLIC HEARING-2^nd Reading

Council President opened for public hearing: No one signed up to speak

Open hearing closed:

Motion to approve this Ordinance was made by Councilperson Ferri, seconded by Councilperson Solano. Roll call vote: Councilperson Ferri: Yes, Councilperson Levasseur: Yes, Councilperson Kazarian: Yes, Councilperson Solano: Yes and Council President Vega: Yes. Motion carried 5,0.

 

d)     Annual Capital Program and Capital Budget Ordinance (Vega, by request)-PUBLIC HEARING-2^nd Reading

Council President opened for public hearing: No one signed up to speak

Open hearing closed:

Motion to approve this Ordinance was made by Councilperson Ferri, seconded by Councilperson Solano. Roll call vote: Councilperson Ferri: Yes, Councilperson Levasseur: Yes, Councilperson Kazarian: Yes, Councilperson Solano: Yes and Council President Vega: Yes. Motion carried 5,0.

 

IV.      Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilperson Ferri. Meeting stands adjourn at  5:40pm
