Minutes

City Clerk, Jahaira Rodriguez conducted the roll call. Present were Councilperson Tatiana Baena, Councilperson Robert Ferri, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian, Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur, Councilperson Franklin Solano, and Council President Jessica Vega. Councilperson Glendaliz Colon was not present.

Council President Vega asked Councilperson Ferri to lead the Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

No one signed up to speak during public comment

A. Meeting minutes of December 13, 2021
A motion to approve the meeting minutes of December 13, 2021, was made by
Councilperson Solano, seconded by Councilperson Levasseur. Motion carried 4, 2. Note
that Councilpersons Ferri and Kazarian abstain from voting as they were not sworn in
yet.
B. Meeting minutes of December 16, 2021
A motion to approve the meeting minutes of December 13, 2021, was made by
Councilperson Solano, seconded by Councilperson Levasseur. Motion carried 3, 3. Note
That Council President abstains from voting as she was not present in the December 16, 2021, meeting. Councilpersons Ferri and Kazarian abstain from voting as they were not sworn in yet.

Councilperson Solano, seconded by Councilperson Levasseur. Motion carried 3, 3. Note
