I.            Roll Call

City Clerk, Jahaira Rodriguez conducted the roll call. Present were Councilperson Tatiana Baena, Councilperson Robert Ferri, Councilperson Kevin Kazarian, and Council President Jessica Vega. Absent were, Councilperson Glendaliz Colon, Councilperson Meaghan Levasseur and Councilperson Franklin Solano. Quorum was established.

   II.            Pledge of Allegiance

Council President Vega asked Councilperson Baena to lead the Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

III.            New Business

Presentation regarding Central Falls Audit FY 2021 by Erica Olobri from Marcum Accountants & Finance Director, Mary Signer

Erica Olobri gave the council an overview of the audit results. She spoke about the financial statements and accounting policies. She explained that they looked at risk base controls and key controls over significant areas and found no fraud. They also conducted a fraud risk assessment. She gave a walkthrough of the financial statements and found that the budget had a surplus around 435k. Councilperson Baena thought the presentation was helpful and Councilperson Ferri is happy that Central Falls is in a good place.

Motion to accept FY 2021 Audit results was made by Councilperson Ferri, seconded by Councilperson Kazarian. Motion carried 4,0.

 IV.            Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilperson Ferri, seconded by Councilperson Baena. Meeting stands adjourned at 5:54pm.
