I.      Roll Call

Council President called meeting to Order at 6:30pm. Jahaira Rodriguez, City Clerk conducted the roll call. Present were Council Members, Tatiana Baena, Glendaliz Colon, Hugo Figueroa, Meaghan Levasseur, Franklin Solano, Adamaris Villar, and Jessica Vega.

III.   New Business-Hearing and/or consideration

A.   Resolution calling on Central Falls voters to vote Yes on question S1 through 7 in the March 2nd Special Election.

Motion to approve was made by Council person Tatiana Baena and Franklin Solano. Motion was seconded by Council person Meaghan Levasseur. Motion to approve carried 7, 0

B.   Ordinance amending the Municipal Court Ordinance with reforms Necessary for the Nuisance Task Force and Technical Corrections (Council President Vega)-Introduction. Motion to approve carried 6,0

IV.   Schedule of Bills-Hearing and or/consideration

A.   Sub-A-FY 2021 Annual Operating Budget Ordinance-General Fund (Vega, by request)-second reading.

Motion to approve was made by Councilman Franklin Solano, seconded by Councilwoman Colon.

Director Almonte addressed the Council regarding the budget and answered questions. Roll Call vote: Councilwoman Baena: yes, Councilwoman Colon: yes, Councilman Figueroa: yes, Councilwoman Levasseur: yes, Councilman Solano; yes; Councilwoman Villar: yes, Council President Vega: yes.

Motion to Approve 6,0. Councilwoman Levasseur excused herself at 7:30 pm.

B.   Sub-A-Ordinance Pertaining to the salaries of Department Heads & Others in Unclassified Service (Vega, by request)-second reading.

Motion to approve was made by Councilwoman Baena, seconded by Councilman Solano. Roll Call vote: Councilwoman Baena: yes, Councilwoman Colon: yes, Councilman Figueroa: yes, Councilwoman Levasseur: yes, Councilman Solano; yes; Councilwoman Villar: yes, Council President Vega: yes. Motion to approve carried 6,0.
