I.         Roll Call

Sonia Grace, City Clerk, called the meeting to order and conducted the roll call. Present were Councilman Jonathan Acosta, Councilman Robert Ferri, Councilman Hugo Figueroa, Councilwoman Maria Rivera, Councilman Agostinho Silva, Councilman Franklin Solana and Councilwoman Jessica Vega.

                II.         Organizational Meeting

                                   i.         Election of the City Council President

Councilman Ferri nominated Councilwoman Rivera to the position of City Council President. The nomination was seconded by Councilman Solano. Councilwoman Rivera was voted City Council President unanimously.

Councilwoman Rivera was sworn in by City Solicitor Matthew Jerzyk and presided over the meeting.

                                 ii.         Election of the City Council President Pro Tempore

Councilman Figueroa nominated Councilman Silva to the position of City Council President Pro Tempore. The nomination was seconded by Councilman Ferri. Councilman Silva was elected City Council President Pro Tempore unanimously.

             III.         Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Ferri, seconded by Councilman Acosta. Meeting adjourned at 6:19pm.
