I.         Roll Call

Sonia Grace, City Clerk, conducted the roll call. Present were Councilman Robert Ferri, Councilman Jonathon Acosta, Councilman Hugo Figueroa, Councilwoman Carlene Fonseca, Councilman Thomas Lazieh, Councilwoman Maria Rivera and Councilman Frank Solano. There was quorum.

                II.         Pledge of Allegiance

Councilman Ferri led the reciting of the pledge

             III.         Workshop and discussion with Irina Gorman, Finance Director, regarding FY19 finances

Ms. Irina Gorman, Finance Director answered questions asked by councilors during the meeting of November 14 related to financial reports, accounts, expenses and revenue.

Councilors asked further questions related to the presentation.

Mr. Joshua Giraldo, Chief of Staff, also answered questions from the Council related to expenses and the budget.

              IV.         Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Solano, seconded by Councilwoman Fonseca. Meeting adjourned at 7:45pm.
