Council President Bob Ferri called the meeting to order at the Central Falls Council chambers at 6:00pm.
I. Roll Call
Alberto de Burgo, Assistant City Clerk, conducted the roll call. Present were Councilman Robert Ferri, Councilman Jonathon Acosta, Councilman Hugo Figueroa, Councilman Thomas Lazieh, Councilwoman Maria Rivera and Councilman Franklin Solano. Councilwoman Carlene Fonseca entered at 6:08pm.

Motion to approve the meeting minutes collectively was made by Councilwoman Rivera, seconded by Councilman Solano. Motion carried 5-1. Councilwoman Fonseca abstained from voting.

VIII. Good & Welfare
Councilman Ferri: thanked the city staff and everyone who attended the Veterans Day ceremony on November 11, 2018. Mr. Ferri also announced the Thanksgiving Dinner at the Knights of Columbus on November 22nd.
Councilwoman Rivera: announced that the Central Falls High School football team will be in the super bowl for the division title. Ms. Rivera also announced the dinner on Thanksgiving day at Forand Manor.
Councilman Lazieh: expressed his concern that a mail ballot application requested by his son arrived at his house days after the election. Mr. Lazieh also congratulated the newly elected officials and wished good luck to the Council.
